What do you like best? Its a pretty standard ticketing and management system but that is what makes it good. Doesnt over complicate things.Ability to have tickets created on an email is always nice as well to automate things What do you dislike? accidental deletions arent as easy to undo as i think they should be but i guess that is an easy way for them to make a little extra What problems are you solving with the product? 10/10 would recommend planio
We choose planio for it's flexibility to fit several different workflows, and because we could have everything we needed in one place. It was really easy to set up, their support answered our questions quite fast so we were able to solve our doubts. They also helped us to migrate the data from our previous tool into planio, which was done without mistakes and really fast. 10/10 would recommend.

Super Produkt & super Service!
Ich kann Planio nur rundum empfehlen. Sogar am Abend und über das Wochenende wurden Supportanfragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Was will man mehr? Vor allem zu diesem Preis!

langjähriger Plan.io - Kunde ...
Ich bin langjähriger Plan.io - Kunde - und habe diese Lösung auch schon in fremden Unternehmen eingeführt.Plan.io leistet einen super support und bietet eine sehr hohe Verfügbarkeit. Vorher bekannte Unterbrechungen (Wartungsarbeiten etc. - jeweils für ein paar Stunden) werden frühzeitig angekündigt und liegen entweder in der Nacht oder auf dem Sonntag.VG Klaus Marwede, Bad Harzburg
