Well done!I love Redmine and I use it for my personal project and my company. Planio services avoid all the waste of time about the platform maintenance and let me focus on my projects. The service has no downtime or lags. These guys work very well and the customer service is perfect.

excellent solution for project management
excellent solution for project management with a wealth of options. The support team were also really helpful even in the "trial" period before I had paid a cent for the product.

We used redmine for several years but…
We used redmine for several years but then decided to migrate to plan.io. The support is fast (really fast) and the migrated our old data within 1 day :) Excellent support by Jens Krämer

Planio is awesome!
I'm using Planio for a few years now (started in the middle of 2013) and I never had issues with the service. Whenever I had to contact Planio in regards to subscriptions, upgrades, customer support, etc, I had no problems with the solution. Their support is awesome, flexible and really helpful. I can recommend this company to anyone :)

Very good and quick support!
Each time I have request, planio does answer very quikcly (usually less than 20 minutes) and the answer is usually OK immediately. If I still need assistance because it is not clear enough, they take time to give the entire detail of the procedure. I am glad to benefit of such a good support.

Überzeugt hat uns in erster Linie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Kein anderes uns bekanntes Tool bietet so viele Funktionen zu einem guten Preis an.Auch der Support läuft einwandfrei. Great tool for ticket management
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Planio is an excellent ticket management app that offers many useful features. It can be used to provide customer support.
