The most complete project manager I ever seen.I would like to hear if you have in mind to add more applications to plannio. There are a lot of very nice pluggins for redmine, I would love to use but connected with Planio like SalesKing. I am very interesting in pluggins about CRM, Kanban, scrum.Another thing can be very good and easy to improve is add documents for users, so any user can have own private space.Thank you very much.

Secure Redmine hosting with excellent support
I could have easily set up Redmine on my own server. The reason I chose planio is that I want personal support and I do not want to care about maintaining and securing a software that is not within my core business.While the documentation about certain Redmine features is sparse, it is the planio support that makes the difference. Very good manager, but not perfect
We are using Planio one year and must say it's very good. The overall system works fine, the navigation and design is also very good. Also we like very fast Planio Team response to our letters. We like the latest feature of saving issue's editings.But sure, there are some issues which could be improved (have read all ENG reviews below):1. Good potential, but need some improvements.
Plan.io is on the good track but there is still a few areas that need improvement to be a top player in project and code management.- We couldn't import our data from Assembla at 100%. Admittedly they did their best effort to incorporate as much data as possible from our backups.- Very basic and cumbersome way of assigning parent-child task relationships.- Limited payment options. Tried to pay with a corporate Maestro card, but there was simply no way. Had to use my personal Visa card.- No ...

Replaced three other tools for us
Project management, issue tracking and helpdesk in one tool. Planiohas replaced Zendesk, Redmine and Sourcerepo for us and is much better integrated while saving us a lot of money. I'm very glad I found this.Customer service was super-friendly, too.

Genau das, was ich gesucht habe!
Nachdem ich schon länger ein Tool gesucht hatte, mit dem ich meine Projekte unkompliziert und übersichtlich organisieren kann, bin ich bei Planio endlich fündig geworden. Planio bietet wirklich alle Funktionen, die für mich relevant sind und ist zudem einfach und verständlich zu handhaben. Fazit: Ich bin begeistert!

Umfassendes PM Tool
Von Taskmanagement über Zeiterfassung (per Salesking sogar mit Schnittstelle zu Rechnungssellung), Projektsteuerung mit Gantt, Wiki, SVN/GIT Archiv, bis zum neuen CRM Modul mit Ticket-System und FAQs bietet plan.io alles was das klassische Projektmanagerherz höher schlagen lässt und das zu einem attraktiven Preis. Wenn jetzt noch der agile Gedanke á la Trello mit ins Boot komt, was evtl. über die sog. Workflows abgebildet werden könnte, dann wäre das Tool perfekt.

Planio ist für uns unverzichtbar
Wir benutzen Planio in Forschung & Lehre zum Management unserer internen und externen Projekte und es hat hier unsere alte Redmine Lösung ersetzt. Ausschlaggebend für den Wechsel war vor allem der Wunsch nach einer gehosteten Lösung und einer sehr guten Erreichbarkeit. Seit dem wir Planio benutzen hatten wir nie größere Probleme und falls etwas war, hat uns der Support immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig geholfen.
