Wir nutzen das Werkzeug auch für Dokumentenmanagement um unseren Mitarbeitern einen zentralen Wissenspool zu bieten.Besonders gut: Servicebereitschaft und Reaktionszeit des Launch/Co Teams bei Fragen. Beeindruckend: Nach wenigen Sekunden war meine eigene Planio Instanz auf meiner eigenen Sub-Domain verfügbar.Freundlich & Schnell: Der Planio Support hat mir bei Problemen mit meinem SVN sofort geholfen. Binnen Minuten ging alles wieder!Alles was man braucht:Planio umfasst alle Funktionen die ich brauche. SVN, Bugreporting, Projectmanagement, Ticketing, Rechnuntserstellung.In Summe wirklich ganz großen Daumen hoch für die Planio Jungs und Mädels.
