Super Kundenservice....fast wie im 5 Sterne Hotel! :)
Unsere Anliegen wurden sowohl per Chat (kleine Fragen) als auch Telefon (grössere Themen) optimal und schnell gelöst. Frau Engel war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich zu mir und meinen Kollegen.

Excellent support!
The support team provided a workaround for a third party client that wasn't authenticating correctly. Very patient and methodical troubleshooting through the chat feature.

Excellent service quick to respond to queries
Totally reliable service imported all our old content from a custom Redmine install and mapped all the data correctly. Seemless and perfect migration! Would recommend these guys to anyone interested in using Redmine without the hassle of supporting it themselves. They always respond to support requests within an hour or two and I suspect faster if you're on the custom enterprise level tier.

pretty fed up with customer service
customer service is difficult to get in contact wtih. by the time i've had my CST morning meeting, i think there is only about 1 hour left in the day to contact customer service and then i have to wait until the next day. for an enterprise account, i expect to be able to contact someone at any time during the work day.customer service responses usually don't solve my issue. most resonses that i get include a quote that says indirectly, "hey just pay us and we'll fix that". hosting doesn't ...

Gutes Fundament - Hohe Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten!
Planio bietet zu einem günstigen Preis ein recht ordentliches und zuverlässiges System. Einige weitere Funktionen sind in Zukunft wünschenswert, außerdem könnte die Benutzeroberfläche etwas stärker in unsere Zeit geholt werden, da Sie noch sehr schlicht und einfach gehalten ist.Wenn die Entwicklungen weiter geführt werden und nicht eingestellt werden freuen wir uns auf eine hervorragende Arbeitsoberfläche.

Für große und kleinere Projekte genau richtig
Nachdem wir selbst mal mit redmine rumgebastelt haben und uns mehrfach das Ruby etwas unrund vorkam sind wir froh über diesen tollen Service.Es löst genau die Aufgaben die wir haben und lässt sich jedem Kunden einfach erklären.Kennengelernt in einem Kundenprojekt nutzen wir es nun selbst für unsere Kundenprojekte und sind froh, dass wir hier einen zuverlässigen Partner gefunden haben.Danke.

Projektmanagement leicht gemacht
Die Projektsoftware von Planio ist sehr einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen. Der Leistungsumfang umfaßt alle Aspekte eines normalen Projektes, wie sie in Verwaltungen (und nur hierfür kann ich das Produkt bewerten) vorkommen.Der Bedienungskomfort ist durchgängig gut, wenngleich die Kaskadierung vielleicht noch etwas einfach handelbar sein könnte. Auf dem Desktop sehr gut, leider noch keine Optimierung für mobile Geräte
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit plan.io. Leider läuft es etwas hakelig, wenn man über UMTS oder auf einen mobilen Gerät damit arbeiten möchte. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn es auch hier eine Lösung gäbe!
