Planio makes it Work!

I wanted to find a projectplanningtool that makes my life easy. I found Planio and I am very glad I did. It works great and the support is better then I expected.

One step setup & register. What can I say ... it just works!

I really can't say anything bad. For 9$ (silver plan) it's a great product. It's always working, provides what I need for CMS and I can't ask for more!

Gute Ansätze, in Teilen verbesserungsfähig, leider kein Handbuch!

Bis zu einem gewissen Grad ist Planio intuitiv zu bedienen. Für alles, was hinter dieser Grenze kommt, ist eine gute Kenntnis von Redmine - vielleicht sogar Programmierkenntnisse - wahrscheinlich Bedingung. Aus meiner Sicht größte Einschränkung ist, dass es kein Handbuch gibt. Was den m.E. nicht sehr umfassenden FAQs nicht zu entnehmen ist, muss sehr zeitintensiv mit dem Support geklärt werden. Der Support ist durchaus gut. Aber derartige Aktionen nehmen einfach zu viel Zeit in Anspruch.

Excellent service

Fast at support, Plan.io provide a great full featured issue reporting system. Always polite and always helpful they even anticipated our request to map a new sub-domain when our company re-branded. In short this has taken the hassle out of many of our project management hosting issues and allowed us to concentrate on managing projects instead of managing our project management!

Amazing Customer Service

Planio is an amazing company with great customer service. Despite me working in the East Coast and a roughly 5 hour time difference. They were able to address and resolve my issue in a timely manner. I contacted them on Friday afternoon, by Monday morning my problem was resolved! Great Job Planio, Keep up the good work

Plan.io = Great application, excellent service

We've been using Redmine in our own installation, and as the overhead of maintaining that became a real burden, we switched over to Plan.io's service. Everything about the engagement has been positive: (1) The trial was easy(2) The migration of our system (from a very old Redmine) to the Plan.io system was flawless.(3) The follow-on support as we dealt with differences due to the Redmine versions was timely and effective.It was a no-brainer for us to decide to make the switch permanent. ...

Super fast, friendly and really useful support, as well as a great product

I would recommend planio to anyone, who's not fast enough to run away.They have a unique product, which is really useful in organizing the work of small and medium sized teams. It's also great for developers in that they offer a solid source code hosting service.And they have a super helpful support team which is always standing by and helps - even with not so regular use cases and questions.

Excellent solution but could have a few more killer features

plan.io is fantastic with regards to ease of use and available features. My team consists of people of varying techy abilities yet all have raved about the usefulness of plan.io system.From my perspective I would like to see, and would happily pay for, the following;1. More robust bug/issue tracker2. Project management software3. Integration between 1 and 24. More substantial file management and sharing
