PlanIO Support is the best I've ever seen
Dealings with many different companies support techs over the years have usually reinforced my opinion that they are all brainless subhumans worthy of nothing but ridicule and abuse. Plan.io, (and support tech Holger Just in particular,) on the other hand, have been one of the few to not only reverse that opinion, but to quickly earn my trust and respect. PlanIO Support is very efficient in responding to email support questions and very good at communicating solutions! I notice it is never just one person that handles the ticket either which means it's a team that is collaborating! Great team!

Super Projektplattform gehostet von einem zuverlässigen Anbieter
Wir sind mit unserem Projekt (Koordinierung von Verbandsarbeit zwischen 8 Personen) inzwischen seit einem Jahr bei Planio und sind rundrum zufrieden. Die Plattform läuft seit wir dabei sind 100% zuverlässig. Darüber hinaus ist der Support erstklassig. Sämtliche Anfragen wurden immer am selben Tag und zumeist innerhalb weniger Stunden kompetent beantwortet. Obendrein haben wir als gemeinnütziger Verein einen sehr attraktiven Deal bekommen. Ich empfehle Planio gerne und uneingeschränkt weiter.

Als freiberuflicher Softwareentwickler war ich auf der Suche nach einer Projekt-Plattform für die Durchführung von Kundenprojekten. Die Sicherheit der Kundendaten hatte bei meiner Auswahl oberste Priorität - das konnte ich so, mit dieser Funktionalität, nur bei Planio finden. Trotzdem muß ich auf Funktionalität nicht verzichten.
