Guter Serivce - schnelle Reaktion - Redmine mit Administrationsrechten
Planio bietet als Redmine-Hoster auch für kleinere Teams und insbesondere mich als Einzelperson ein gutes und erschwingliches Paket an. Herausragend ist der volle Redmine-Administrationszugang zur eigenen Redmine-Instanz und damit die individuelle Konfigurationsmöglichkeit der Workflows und Aktivitätsarten (Tracker) auch für andere Anwendungsbereiche als Softwareentwicklung, z.B. als Aufgabenmanagement und persönliche Cloud.

Großartig. Das Tool und der Service
Redmine ist schon eine feine Sache. Deswegen bin ich zu Plan.io gewechselt, da ich mich mit dem Betrieb nicht mehr beschäftigen will. Ein Tool ist eine Sache, aber der Umzug und die Hilfe des Teams kommen in der Qualität sehr selten vor. Ein treuer Kunde mehr

The service we've received from plan.io (in partucular from Felix Schäfer) surpassed our expectations. I've asked him to make a change to our setup in the middle of Sunday night, and Felix got it taken care of within a few minutes. Really helpful, highly recommended!

A good collaboration and task assignment too
We have started using Plan.io as our single means of collaboration and task assignment system. However, there are areas that we are still exploring. Our eventual target will be to use plan.io as an internal KPI system. We plan to do this by extracting data from the plan.io database and plot it against a KPI system which we will be building.If Plan.io could do this, it will enable us to move forward even sooner than expected.

Indeed a very inclusive hosting of popular Redmine platform.Accompanied with helpful Guides (like how-to, FAQ, Support tips) going beyond the original Redmine wiki and written in very good language.If some internal administrative assistance is required, it is being offered promptly.A wide range of service plans to choose from, including one free plan (not time-limited).As a minor deficiency: I could not see the "Bug" issue type "out of the box", while adding it is not a big deal. Really simplifies project management
Ever since I have started using the system I have managed to keep track of all my tasks and activities related to all of my projects. It is now virtually impossible to forget any open task.This system was truly designed for people that have a lot on their plate. Im happy that I have encountered this.Keep up the good work!

Fast, Responsive and Enjoyable Support
I love that modern companies are now allowed to have personailities and Planio exemplifies that.Everyone I spoke to (Felix Schafer and Louise Engel) has been helpful, friendly and passionate. If I'm ever in Berlin I feel like I want to stop in and say hello! This service is what made me look at Planio in the first place and hopefully means I will stay with them for a while to go.

Ich kann Plan.io nur weiterempfehlen!
Ich hatte mich mit einen Wunsch nach einem Custom Plan an den Support gewandt. Nachdem ein, zwei freundlichen Emails bin ich nun super zufriedener Kunde. Bei der Konfiguration meines Accounts trat ein kleines Problem auf, das aber noch am selben Tag, "nach den Öffnungszeiten" erfolgreich gelöst wurde.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Plan.io GmbH nur weiterempfehlen!
