Git over HTTPS
Asked for support whether Git over HTTPS was supported. This seemed not to be the case, but they implemented it within 24 hours and it's running!

Superb Service with extreem proactivity.
Some times people used to solving daily problems, are able of pinpointing simple solutions, to your dire straits problems.This is the case of the support group in plan.io . Habe für mein etwas ungewöhnliches Problem hervorragenden E-Mail Support bekommen. Das Problem wurde während der Feiertage gelöst. Sehr beeindruckend.Got a quick support for an somehow unusual problem. Issue got solved during a bank holiday.I'm impressed.

Reactive and particularly efficient support
Already users of Redmine, we recently subscribed an account on Plan.IO to be able keeping this solution without the worry of upgrades and server management.We were also interested connecting our ticketing service to github repositories.Everything's there at Plan.IOThe migration service offered by Plan.IO was a charm and the work made by Jens was an example of reactiveness and efficiency.Thanks a lot,Paul-André Duchesne

Mach genau was es verspricht
Einfach sehr gut, nach besser wäre es, wenn man Kosten ebenfalls planen und überwachen könnte. Das Programm ist schnell und vor allem nicht mit bunten Bildern überladen, Einarbeitungszeit 1 Stunde, dann kann man das erste Projekt planen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis exzellent!
