Great support, kindness and professionalism!

I asked them to import a Redmine dump. They told me it may take up to three working days, but they did it in one! And everything is in place, everything I asked them has been done perfectly.Great job by Louise and Jens!

Einfach, günstig und alles was man braucht

Ich kenne Redmine noch von meinem alten Arbeitgeber. Nachdem ich mich selbstständig gemacht habe nutze ich es weiter um meine Kundenprojekte und Aufgaben im Überblick zu behalten.Die Preise sind mehr als gerechtfertigt, der Service läuft stabil und der Support ist zügig. Von mir also: Daumen hoch!

Support During Redmine Import

I needed to move a Redmine instance from a legacy server across to Planio. There was a lot that could have gone wrong in such an import but I was delighted that the Team at Planio handled all the account, billing and tech issues really well and kept me fully informed. A couple of minor issues were identified during the import process and Jens was able to quickly work with me to correct the problems.
