What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? With a rapidly expanding business I was feeling overwhelmed as a first time business owner. I had no system for organizing my sales calls and even less systems in organizing my sales team. "Not sure how we got along with it..."
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The simplicity. Here's the thing - people will not use what they don't understand, and the harder you make it on them the lower the adoption rate. We were up and running on PipelineDeals in a matter of minutes and haven't looked back. It's a no-brainer.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I love the ease of the pipeline deals. We have a couple of old fellas that barely know how to turn on a computer, and within a few hours they became pros at pipeline deals

"Great Sales Tracking for Small Business"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Well, for starters, it means that I don't have to use Salesforce which is a huge plus in itself. The interface is simple and easy to use - I don't feel like I'm navigating the Amazon jungle just to enter in a quick sales lead. The various reporting views are great, just the information that I need. It also integrates with HelpScout, which is the core of our business communication - so having that sales data right in the sidebar is a major help.
