"A great system"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like that PipelineDeals is intentionally simple, without the bloat and complexity of other CRM systems. With highly configurable custom fields and reports, we can add in our own unique customizations without needing to follow a pre-built system that doesn't work the way we do.

"Pipeline Deals is easy to use and understand. "
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like typing just a couple letters and getting options for who or what I want to work on next. I also like that it catches me when adding a contact that is already in Pipeline Deals. Additionally, merging is easy to do. Being able to add next steps or tasks is especially helpful for my follow up.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I was asked to implement Pipeline within a short space of time, to a new team. I loved the fact that the functionality was easy to learn and had a great balance between ensuring reports were consistent but gave users flexibility.

"Organization Organization Organization"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Organization! After using other CRM's I find PipelineDeals the most user friendly and it keeps me the most organized! Everything is where it is supposed to be, managers can look at whatever they need to see without having me generate reports and most inportantly, I can track every deal!
