What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like the simplicity, the ease of administration, I'm not reliant on IT to do anything - I can manage everything in pipeline myself. The data uploading and downloading data is simple and efficient. Every time I've contacted customer service, the person on the phone is knowledgeable and educates me on how to deal with my challenge. It's a great product and company!
