What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? This CRM is possible the easiest tool we have every used, there is access anytime. The business development team have taken this onboard and are using daily to interact with customers and monitor the progress of their potential deals. The morning coffee reports are great as they provide a snapshot of the previous days activities on the CRM, helps me to monitor how well the team are doing against target.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? That i can create reports based on lost sales or missed opportunities. I can track my sales for the year and I can see what i have done weekly. I also like the app that i can use on my iPhone to tag customers and activities as I am on the go. Being in sales i am constantly on the go the app makes my life easier. I don't have to wait to get back to my computer to enter my days details. I can even create new companies and add people to that company. ...
