"Would be lost without pipeline deals"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Lets everyone be on the same page. Notes for clients all go in and we can go back to see what has gone on over the course of the person being our client and the deals we have won under the client. Helps to track commission brought in and helps us stay on top of what we need to close. What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like the amount of detail I get when a lead comes in and how visable it is from the get go. Always starts my calls well knowing information.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Ease of use and data entry is straight forward. Excellent customer service. I have never had to wait for a reply when using the online chat or calling in.

"Easy to use and intuitive"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Pipeline is great for people, like myself, who have never really interacted with a CRM before. It's intuitive, easy to use, clean, organized, and has a section for each relevant piece of customer information. It allows our organization to keep abreast of the information regarding our projects so that we don't have anything fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? What I like best about Pipeline is not only how user friendly it is for me, but also how it makes it easy for me to follow my deals through the process and make changes along the way. I also like the ability to drill down on the report aspects Pipeline offers, as well as the easy of being able to update your project status. Another great feature of Pipeline is the ability to add people to your deal.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The product is user friendly and not overcomplicated which makes integration real easy for the sales team, no matter what level of tech savvy they are.

"The Easiest CRM We Have Used."
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The part I like the best is the Graphical User Inter-phase. The look and feel of the screes is so intuitive, easy to understand. This makes teaching to my team very easy, don't need a lot a understating how it works internally, just type, select and done. This was one of the biggest sale points that helped me get it approved.
