What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I like the ability to o searched using the phone number or work number as well as name of the client in the system. I also like the custom fields ability, because not every client fits into an exact mold and therefore custom fields allow you to add those things that make a client unique.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Great tracking tool for projects; in our business we can have hundreds of projects in multiple stages over many years. PLD keeps them all in one place with useful tools for tracking, sorting, categorizing, etc. It also serves well for forecasting in the short and long term. "Easy to use "
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Activity report- I love how Pipeline Deals can track your all of your sales team activities including your own, while working within the CRM. The activity report is most use full, especially with being able to export onto an excel sheet.
