This tool is for startups and startups only!!
What do you like best? It stores data for sales org and the UI is pretty easy to maneuver through the platform. What do you dislike? Limited to what processes can be built out and the dashboard section is a joke! They have a lead section that doesn't do anything with leads and they do a poor job of making features better than what they could be. Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service. Poor software. This seems to be a trend. What made Pipedrive interesting is also it's Achilles heal. It is simple. The problem is that to make it work, you have to kill the simplicity and it is unusable. This company will try to add charges to your monthly users every time there is a new update. Oh, and their billing department is terrible. They wouldn't reverse a charge on the day of an renewal. I didn't want to cancel the service...now I am cancelling four companies.

The best tool to engage with customers more effectively
What do you like best? It is relatively easy to adapt to the solopreneur system, which a company would rarely use but which has worked wonders for us. We can study each client individually and see the possibility of classifying them as potential clients or recycled clients. The other platforms do not comply as Pipedrive does in terms of online sales automation. What do you dislike? Run - Bad Customer Service - I had to switch after 5 years
What do you like best? The sales pipline view is nice visually. What do you dislike? Where do I start? Perhaps with the poor customer service. It has dwindled through the years to the point that you are just speaking to a robot that points out "Terms of Service". The updates that they do, they try to up-charge you. Good CRM with growing potential
What do you like best? I really like the layout and easy to follow UI of PipeDrive. For our organization, PipeDrive really helped us grow into a CRM. What do you dislike? As a "younger" CRM, PipeDrive is still building out their integrations and ecosystem. A lot of tools can integrate through Zaps, but don't integrate directly with PipeDrive, so that can be a challenge. Simple and great tool for sales people
What do you like best? Pipedrive is sales tools for the ones having high ambitions. According to me this is the best CRM app I used till date. It is very user friendly and one can easily import/export the leads including email id and contact numbers. Very user friendly
What do you like best? The features are easy to use and have it works like a breeze. What do you dislike? The data extraction and collection could be a bit more customizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pipedrive to collect incoming leads, respond to them, and track the pipeline and activities. It's benefits has to be how light and easy to use it is. It is also budget friendly so a huge pro on that aspect too.

Perfect Lead Tracking tool
What do you like best? the ease of use and the intuitive nature of Pipedrive make it a dream to use.
