A great CRM and Sales Pipeline Manager that just Works!
What do you like best? We use pipedrive as our CRM and to manage our sales pipelines. The short answer is: It just works. It helped simplify our process and keep track of everything in one easily-usable place. Our favorite features are the visible rot feature and the awesome contacts timeline - couldn't do without it. What do you like best? SaaS model and ease of starting are the best features. What do you dislike? Very 'deal' oriented and doesn't have a lot of rich features to support longer term business development activities. Pipedrive is a pretty good CRM. Great for organizing contacts
What do you like best? I like most being able to send out mass emails to a large collection of similar prospects. This saves alot of time if you are sending the same content to several of the same people. i also like how you can see when an email has been opened, as well as how many times and at what time. Another nice feature is being able to filter all the activities and prospects. It also integrates with PandaDoc for creating proposals and Drip which we use to track users on our ...

Ridiculous support
What do you like best? Software is simple and easy to learn for our needs. What do you dislike? Their support is awful! They simply cannot solve your problems and will be bouncing back between engineering and support all the time. I have one customer support thread with over 60 replies already (50 days open) which never gets fixed. Their calling system also doesn't work. What do you like best? What I like best is this software is very adaptable and.integrates well with our other programs. Pipedrive is very powerful with many features at a very affordable price. What do you dislike? The support is not great. We could not find anything other than live chat or guided help, so we hired a Pipedrive consultant for 1 month. Convenient and easy to use tool for deal tracking
What do you like best? It's a very intuitive and easy to use tool while Pipedrive supports many customization functionalities. I used Salesforce in the past at my previous work for deal tracking purposes, and compared to Salesforce, Pipedrive works much better if you are looking to use only basic CRM functionalities. Pipedrive is the best way to organize our company
What do you like best? It is the best CRM we have used so far, it is very well integrated with all the functions available when browsing. It has given us options for superior specialty applications that provide vastly improved functionality in any specialty area. The price is very reasonable for any small and medium business. Easy to use CRM-tool with good pipeline visualization
What do you like best? Viewing all sales cases either by their pipeline stages or expected closing dates is great. What do you dislike? It is not integrated into our Service Management tool (Micro Focus SMAX) yet. Integration would have improved efficiency in our up-sell and cross-sell processes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We keep better track of sales cases, can lay the foundation for planning efficient use of consultants.
