Email system is almost unusable
What do you like best? Good looking software with decent UI and quick support What do you dislike? Pretty high pricing Email subsystem is almost unusable with (re-)appearing bugs every week: disappearing email history, emails not synced, wrong contact dates, incorrect Sender names, etc. So you cannot rely on the service and must use Gmail business service as a main driver anyway. Helpful yet confusing
What do you like best? Helps to see the status of all your sales prospects at a glance. What do you dislike? They way they have people and organizations split into different entries / threads, so it can be difficult to find notes and info if you don’t remember whether you updated the individual or company. Good sales tool that works with other platforms
What do you like best? Pipedrive is great for salesmen and marketing alike. I use it to integrate with Mailchimp for a complete sales solution. It does a good job of keeping track of these things and keeps client information current. What do you dislike? An automatic sync feature with mailing clients would be a big upgrade to save time between the two but it still works quite well. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I was looking for a powerful and graphically pleasant tool to manage my prospecting (instead of an excel spreadsheet).
