Unreliable - Great CRM, Bad Support
Great program if only the cared about support. Email issues with onboarding, Email issues while using, and finally no email working. My email clients work great, no issues, other CRMS work great no issues, Pipedrive needs 2 weeks to set up an email that they will break later. I don't have another 2 weeks to deal with sleepy support. If you need a reliably system for daily business look elsewhere

ATTENTION
ATTENTION, une fois que vous souhaitez partir, il est très difficile, voire impossible de résilier votre abonnement. Leur formulaire de résiliation ne fonctionne pas, et le service client est inexistant, et pas le chat, il faut 2 heures pour avoir aucune réponse.Le CRM est moyen, mais le service client est déplorable !!Vous êtes prévenu...

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They respond quickly enough but if the response doesn’t satisfy your issue, tough. They simply ignore your issue. After cancelling several times, they continued to take payment. When I made them aware of this, the simply responded by saying they do not do refunds.*in response to Pipedrive’s reply. Simple but powerful CRM
What do you like best? I can configure multiple pipelines with custom fields exactly as I need them, everything from quite simple UI. Pipedrive is simple and intuitive. What do you dislike? Worse ever experiece with them..I cancelled their subscription and they were sending me reminder everytime and then suddenly they took payment for month and saying i reactivated their subscription which i never ...They are too expensive same services you can get it for free from other CRM..
