I've been using Pipedrive independently…
I've been using Pipedrive independently for almost 4 years. I enjoy all the features and organizational functions which helps me track and stay on top of my prospects. Pipedrive is very user friendly and offers basic to full-blown CRM functionality coupled with excellent service and support. I only use the basic features since I'm a lone wolf in the Company but I'm way ahead of my colleagues when it comes to staying on top of leads and closing sales thanks to Pipedrive

I have implemented and used Pipedrive…
I have implemented and used Pipedrive in three different businesses over the past few years and highly recommend it for anyone selling capital equipment or project type sales. It's easy and intuitive to use on either desktop or the mobile app and the reporting is clear and provides everything you need to monitor KPI's and track activities. The only area that needs improvement is the synchronization between Pipedrive and Mailchimp.
