Simple yet Robust!

We have been using Pipedrive for about3 or 4 years now and have been very happy with the service. The platform has enough flexibility for us to customize the fields for our business and sales process specifically. Additionally we liked the flexibility that the CRM has been able to grow with our business, we can improve our automations, add additional users as required, and scale our processes. Perhaps most importantly support has been very responsive in the times we have needed assistance.

I am having a problem with my calender…

I am having a problem with my calender sync for 1,5 years now!!!!I've reached out for Pipedrive atleast 15-20 times for 1,5 years of spending Pipedrive. 4/5 because the bought data from a big data company. Your Pipedrive program inserts a word "deal" after the company name. For example:Normally:Company A Company BCompany CCompany DPipedirve: Company A dealCompany B dealCompany C dealCompany D deal

Pipedrive has resolved so many issues…

Pipedrive has resolved so many issues that prior CRM's that were clunky, expensive and not so user friendly.The ease of operation and my teams capacity to find it so easy to use day to day has been a real help in my small business.As a sales and inventory business that requires many quotes and repeat customers the ease of management is fantastic. Linking people to Jobs/ sales and people and jobs to organisations is really powerful. For cross management of leads, people and sales.
