RECOMMENDED

RECOMMENDED: Have been using Pipedrive for several years as an admin and as a user. I have also used Salesforce and Act in the past. Pipedrive is simple to navigate, they are not a static tool and always adding enhancements to improve the user & software experience. In addition the customer service chat is responsive, great cs reps, professional, courteous and knowledged. CS reps are also diligent in follow ups to insure your inquiry has been resolved.

Why have I been with Pipedrive for 7 years?

I have been working with Pipedrive since 2014. This solution has grown over time, delivering new functionalities that greatly help my commercial area in monitoring business and many more. But by far the most important thing is that you listen to the customer.
