Pipedrive is the one for a small business like ours.
We're really happy with Pipedrive. After spending a lot of time comparing multiple solutions out there we ended up choosing Pipedrive and haven't regretted our decision even after a few years now. It is flexible, customisable and allows us to manage the data we wanted to manage in a flexible way. The app works flawlessly as well so we're happy to have chosen for Pipedrive.

LOVE Pipedrive
LOVE Pipedrive, super easy to set up and use. Love too how we get to trial new feature constantly in a 'try before you buy' way. I never feel like Pipedrive are doing the hard sell on me, but manage to give me new info at the same time to ensure that the opportunities are there for us if we want to take them. Flexible and easy-to-use CRM system
Flexible and easy-to-use CRM system. We do not need the CPQ workflow which is offered by providers of the heavier solutions (Salesforce, etc.), so Pipedrive is a perfect solution for our company. The downside: access rights management is not sophisticated, thus your role might be not ideally defined. As long as your employees are trusted grown-ups, you may tolerate it [as we do].
