Old Fashion Customer Service
The person helping me was polite, attentive, and was able to understand the goals that I had. My goal was already in the works at Pipedrive and should come in a release in about a month. To help me accomplish it immediately, the person offered to get the Pipedrive Engineering group to help me manually accomplish it. That to me is customer service. Thanks, Kim

A great CRM
A great, comprehensive CRM, as simple or as complex as the user wants it to be. Fantastic for a one person operation and scaleable to large organisations. Great integrations and add-ons. Customisable at every level. By far the best I have used.
