"PipeDrive - Flexible, Frictionless, Easy to Start up CRM"

What do you like best about Pipedrive? PipeDrive has allowed us to handle many more leads than we could before. We also can segment our potential customers and manage email campigns based on who has spoken to them and about what. It has professionalized our sales efforts. We had tried both Salesforce and MSDynamics before we landed on PipeDrive. I understand the power of those others for large enterprises, but as a smaller org, the flexibility and ease of setting up was more valuable to us.

"Pipedrive is really a great CRM"

What do you like best about Pipedrive? I liked the user interface the most as it has tremendously helped us in tracking the customer journey and keep records of all our leads, sales and revenue. It's really the best CRM in my opinion.

Probably the easier to use CRM

Probably the easier to use CRM. We have tried Zoho, Hubpost, Sugar, Salesforce. Very easy to setup and to use. Good self-onboarding workflow. I like that we can customize the pipelines to some extend. Pipedrive has many enhancement options too. Could be a bit less expensive.
