Decent customer service
Pipedrive has one of the best customer service I have experienced when dealing with software providers. Always happy to help, even though there is huge knowledge base already, they help answering your questions in the online chat. The accessibility and result oriented support is what I value the most.

The best CRM system!
We've been using Pipedrive for several years in my company (and other companies) and it's been great to explore the different features that Pipedrive has been developing thorough the years. Pipedrive is definitely one of the best CRM/Sales tools out there.
