First CRM that is so simple to use and makes sense

Seamless, intuitive and user friendly. No more excels or Outlook to do's, PD has it all built in! Integration and scalable too. IN 30 YEARS I have never experienced a CRM like this. My partners can now measure the company progress and plan accordingly.

Nice tool for sales in FMCG

I've been using Pipedrive for more than three years. We launched it with my colleagues from my export sales team at my previous job and were quite happy about it. Then I jumped into a new, much smaller company, and they didn't use any CMR, so I proposed to launch it within the first working week. We did it on the same day, and I'm still satisfied. Maybe there are better solutions, but I've never wanted to try them.

I enjoyed the videoconference training one-on-one, it was easy to get answers to questions specific to our workflow/needs. Answers to my questions afterwards were quick and to the point.

Garrett Palmer is the GOAT!

Garrett is the one who made my experience great! He is very informative plus he was very easy going with us to work with. Our conversation started January of 2022 and he sold us on Pipedrive. We knew thats what we wanted once our Salesforce contract ended. When it came time, he was knowledgeable on what we wanted still and got us in the right hands of whom to work with outside of Pipedrive to get things squared away. All in all, keep him around!! Thank you again for everything
