"Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? Pipedrive is extremely easy to use and a great tool for managing a sales funnel. The platform is extremely user-friendly, which makes getting new team members integrated and equipped to start selling right away with minimal training. The customer service is also excellent and reliable, and prompt. I highly recommend the platform.

Pipedrive looks perfect
We've run a month's trial and Pipedrive so far seems right up our street. We moved from Salesforce which was just simply too expensive for the capabilities we required. I'd definitely recommend.

Pipedrive is the best CRM for new business. I have been using it for years in different companies and it is so simply yet so effective. The best UX/UI on the market. The mobile app is great too.

Reactivity and availability
Thomas Richardet is so reactive and helpful which makes the implementation much more easier. Pipedrive is a very good tool for our sales team.

Great onboarding!
Been working with PD for years. In my new company, we needed a new CRM system. I subscribed to PD for the third time (company). I've seen PD grow from offering basic functionality to an overcomplete CRM to scale business. Excellent CRM!
