Sales & Support in Portugal is very good!
The sales representative in Portugal was very helpful during my trial period. I'm looking forward to exploring Pipedrive in the months ahead - right now, I'm still figuring out the inner working and how I can incorporate it into my workflow. "Excellent CRM built for Sales"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? The Kanban-like sales pipeline and overall pipeline management make it easy to manage and track the progress of various deals at different stages. Also, the automatic prompt to schedule a "next action" with an individual leads helps to clarify the next steps that should be taken with each lead and "always close" deals. Contact management is excellent overall.

Pipe drive keeps me "on track" what I dislike is the constant requests for an upgrade. When I feel it necessary and am more familiar with Pipedrive will make the upgrade. Guess it's like any new product needs some experience first then the next step.

"A CRM that is easily customizable and links well via Zapier"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? Pipedrive is one of the easiest CRMs to use and configure. The simplicity in the UI and the feature-rich options are a great combination. The support chat is awesome and the tutorial videos cannot get easier!

"Simple to use and comparable to other crm platforms."
What do you like best about Pipedrive? I like the activity setting ability that syncs with my google calendar. Helpful for organization. I think the layout is user friendly overall and was super easy to learn.
