Great support and demo from Diogo! The software is very user friendly and great for small businesses and startups that cannot afford other well known CRMs.

"Easy to use, Intuitive"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? Pipe drive is extremely easy to use and is an intuitive software. Everything works, it hardly breaks, and all the stages are easy to see in the main dashboard.

Pipedrive is GREAT!
I explored several CRM options and Pipedrive was easy to understand and navigate through. Stephani proactively reached out to see if I needed any assistance and took some time to walk through a few things with me. She also followed up with me after that to see if I had any further questions. NO other company I was testing delivered that kind of service. Ease of use and the service I received made Pipedrive an easy choice.

"Simple, customisable and efficient way to keep in track all you deals"
What do you like best about Pipedrive? In my opinion, it's fantastic. Since I'm working in sales, I have the chance the see the history of my deals, update their status, and have their details separately, and my favourite is that I can create meetings and see emails directly in the lead.

After using another CRM for over a year it’s a joy to discover Pipedrive. It’s so intuitive to use. Love the visuals and the amount of things that it can help me with in my business. I am so excited to use pipedrive to grow my business. I just know I made the right decision.
