Good Customer Service

I found PipeDrive remarkably easy to communicate with for an organization of your size. Yes, I had to go through a bot; but it was one of the better bots I've used and it got me to a human at the right time

The best CRM I have ever used (and I've…

The best CRM I have ever used (and I've used a few). I love how flexible and easy to configure it is. We use it as deal flow "in" (providers) and "out" (sales) for our company, as well as an external network and internal talent database. The ability to create custom fields and automate processes via the open api allows it to adapt to (almost) any use case you might have in mind.

Simple usage - gets the job done!

I can design my CRM the way I like it...just on my own. It is possible to define parameters and fields as needed. No extra programming! Great!

Pipedrive is simple and yet robust

Pipedrive is simple and yet robust. No one deserves Salesforce, in my opinion. Especially smaller businesses. For me, Pipedrive is the most intuitive and effective CRM. Deals management is what I use the most and would consider any other tool. It has everything I need and much more. They nailed one very important thing that all their competitors are still struggling with: IT IS EASY TO USE! Even though it such a robust software.
