What do you like best about Pipedrive? The UI is better than most of the competition. Customer service is responsive. What do you dislike about Pipedrive? They mislead you regarding email marketing campaigns. They tout all the amazing features in the marketing materials but fail to disclose their double opt-in process they require. If you want to email your contacts in a campaign where you can see performance metrics, they can require you to get every single one of those people to "opt-in" ...
