I love the hand holding…
I love the fact that I had someone to help me through the initial phases of the pipedirve set up. That was Thai. Many questions were answered quicly. He is always available if I need something. Love the product and the person who has assisted me. Taiwo Oniti was a pleasure to work with...He was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He is one of the reasons I choose Pipedrive and he followed up with a video of our call which was a great tool. Thank you!

Our sales rep Taiwo Oniti was outstanding! Never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything, he was extremely knowledgeable on PipeDrive AND took the time to understand our needs as a company. PipeDrive goes out of their way to customize a CRM software to the needs of the customer. 100% recommend.

I have used a few other CRMs but Pipedrive rocks!
I have used a few other CRMs but Pipedrive has definitely seemed to me the most complete, user friendly, easy to learn and automated, not to mention the great connectivity it has with hundreds of apps.

My initial onboarding experience
First of all, the trial period allowed us to explore the full power of the product. The design is very intuitive and offers a lot of helpful features. I was particularly impressed with the variety of automation options and the ability to customize pretty much anything to fit our operation. The introductory call was very pleasant and informative.
