Pipe is great for selling, but how can I implement part of the purchase activities? is it possible to add custom columns in Products details? also, is it possible to add factory price and sale price both to have it for product, and not just the sales variation prices?

Garrett was AWESOME!

Garrett was great in our search to change CRMs. I did a ton of research before even reaching out to the candidates and Garrett was nothing but informed, patient, and consultative. Joana was extremely responsive and provided all the information that I needed to help me make my decision on choosing Pipedrive over our current CRM. Furthermore, the customer support and onboarding assistance has been great so far. Neave was able to answer my questions and provide help with using Pipedrive that my previous CRM was just unable to. I also appreciate how clean the UI/UX of Pipedrive, it is incredibly simple to get into and use.

Excellent Customer Service! I tried to get help from the chatbot, but I couldn't make it understand my question. I ended up emailing my implementation person at Pipedrive and receiving personalized help right away. Both Joana and Spencer went above and beyond and were very patient with me.
