Great CRM for publishing platform and contributor needs!
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to download, sort, and filter the deals for data analysis purposes. It allows me to see what we're working with and have a better understanding of how we're performing. What do you dislike? I dislike that you cannot download the notes feature into an excel document for easier analysis. Cool Software with Great Features
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software is a great tool for most businesses. Particularly if you don't get too much time, Pipedrive will be a great app for you because it has simple and fast interface with almost all the features you would like to have. Great organization for sales team
What do you like best? As the admin, I can see all of my sales team's pipelines and workflow. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike at this time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can always keep track of the potential sales my team is making and where they are so we can help get them closed. Also, it holds them accountable when working remotely.

Good to keep track of sales pipeline
What do you like best? Scheduling followups, alert system and the complete interaction history (using a lot of BCC directly to the Lead. What do you dislike? Email manager, I'd like to have a better integration with GMail What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Don't lose track of leads or forget contacts. Pick up sales leads from outgoing commercial people where they left them.

Use Pipedrive for a professional but simple CRM!
What do you like best? It's simplicity - the whole program is very intuitive and practical. I've used Salesforce in the past and it was a nightmare compared to this product. I love the nearby feature - so easy to call up and pop into another customer. What do you dislike? The email integration isn't perfect yet; although they are currently improving this so I would expect this to better soon... I'd like to see larger photos of the contacts - but this is only a small issue... ...

What do you like best? The way it makes things easy, add a deal and mange the sales pipeline is extremely simple. What do you dislike? Wonderful tool for Sales Management
What do you like best? Pipedrive has a simple yet very effective display of the Deals thorughout the stages of negotiation. Even in a company with a high number of users the information is easily found, and there is a variety of options to choose from to input the data. What do you dislike?
