What do you like best? The look and feel of Pipedrive is very modern. It has adopted patterns and icons you typically see in any software, making it easy to pickup. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A friend recommended me to use Pipedrive. After having watched a few training videos, I started using the software. Great if your starting up but not ideal to scale
What do you like best? Hands down the best part of this CRM is the activity scheduler. It is very useful to plan future contacts for prospects and allow you to assign tasks to others. What do you dislike? The email integration is a newer feature of PipeDrive and it needs some serious work. Solid crm
What do you like best? I like the ease of use of the product. I love seeing where my prospects/leads are in the sales cycle. What do you dislike? It's tough to integrate with zapier/scheduleonce so I know when people book a call and then when someone becomes a client. Pipedrive makes staying on top of sales efforts effortless
What do you like best? I love PipeDrive's visual presentation of the sales pipeline. The Kanban style cards and drag and drop interface make it easy to see what is going on with deals and at a glance and also to have an almost tactile experience managing your pipeline. An excellent way to track sales if you have a low-medium number of contacts in the pipeline
What do you like best? The flow of deals through the pipeline is really easy to follow and very helpful for team members that are newer to sales. What do you dislike? If the Pipeline has a lot of stages, it get's more difficult to follow the flow. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This helps make sure no one ever falls through the cracks.
