Not bad, not great
What do you like best? Quickly setting up stages, solid UI, integrations keep getting better. I also really like the visual nature of pipedrive vs. many other CRMs. What do you dislike? Lack of support & onboarding. It's right between self-service & not self-service. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing our prospects, targeting high value clients.

Probably the best pipeline management tool
What do you like best? It is easy to create activities and also easy to track which stage the leads fall in. You can customize the views and you can get the complete picture of your sales pipeline in one glance. The best part about PipeDrive is easily their youtube tutorials which are short and crisp, these videos are enough to give you insights into the platform. What do you dislike? Pipedrive is unusual
What do you like best? It was easy to access online. I was able to figure out how to the basics. What do you dislike? The pipeline reports were ackward and confusing to someone that used Salesforce before. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Close sales

Complicated to use
What do you like best? I like all of the functionality of the software. It is convenient to have the details of the transaction in the software to keep track of critical dates. What do you dislike? It is so complicated to use that I do not use all of its functionality. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The system reminds me of important client anniversaries and critical dates.

Pretty straightforward and great for beginners
What do you like best? It is simple, has great integrations and the easy to setup and get going with your sales. The best thing for me was been able to onboard and explain the whole process to a new member in a matter of hours. What do you dislike? Because it is simple it has some limitations, specially in the reports area. If you want to get deep in something you will probably need to hook it via api to some external service. What do you like best? The UX is amazing, you really don´t need previous experience on CRM to start using Pipedrive What do you dislike? The simplicity make Pipedrive limited specially in reports, to have customized reports is necessary to make manual What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use with all the necessary features.
What do you like best? The ability to go directly to join.me website and type in a code to join a meeting makes it easy for less than savvy clients to join you. What do you dislike? After the first use, a free account is required and my less than savvy clients get hung up on this. Recommendations to others considering the product Join.Me will provide a URL for the meeting that can be emailed to your attendee ahead of time so they are prepared to join before the meeting. Recommending Pipedrive
What do you like best? Pipedrive has a couple of good features. I like the way the fields are laid out and the way the colors are reminders to what needs to get touched on. What do you dislike?
