Pipedrive is awesome

What do you like best? It is very easy to use and if you've ever used a CRM, it is self explanatory. What do you dislike? Honestly, I don't have any complaints because its great. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us keep track of our customers, open deals, and keeps us on track with their alert system

What do you like best? Its a really easy CRM to use. The reminders are great since they are also emailed. What do you dislike? There are some quirks where multiple leads for the same company can be easily mixed up. Can be glitchy sometimes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to organize our outbound campaigns and have noticed traction using it.

Metrics Leave A Lot to be Desired

What do you like best? It is quick and easy to navigate. Keeps things organized in a linear fashion. What do you dislike? Lack of needed analytics. Can't get the reports that I need. What do you like best? Pipedrive is incredibly simple to configure and use. It's designed to be easy for non-technical people to setup. Where you just need to start logging customer interactions, and don't want to waste months setting up the CRM, it's absolutely perfect.
