What do you like best? I love the deals interface. Simplistic and easy to navigate. I’m also a big fan of the activity aspect. What do you dislike? Not too fond of potentially losing clients and organizations due to not placing an activity reminder within it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To be able to track my sales and estimate accurately my goals for the month, quarter, and year over year.

Great CRM Experience
What do you like best? You can create multiple Pipelines and it's easy to move deals from one pipeline to another. The UI is incredibly intuitive and easy to customize. I appreciate the direction they are taking with the integrated web forms. What do you dislike? Only issue with UI is that you are required to hit "Save" after each field you enter. It would also be nice to have more customization with the web forms, but I suspect that is in the works and I look forward to the new ...

Easy to use, great tool for SMEs
What do you like best? Very clear to track what my team are doing in terms of leads. Dashboard is clear, and helps me develop an internal leader board. Works well on the app too. What do you dislike? Adding a Contact or Organisation should happen from the same place, rather than having to click a couple of times extra. Integration with invoicing system would help - then I can track Deals Closed on Pipedrive with whether we've actually raised an invoice and got it paid. Recommendations ...

Alright software, but not the best to learn to use
What do you like best? I like the customization, and the ability to delete unnecessary functions. What do you dislike? If you don't subscribe, the free version is basically worthless and stripped of everything functional. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Game changer for any B2B company!
What do you like best? Pipedrive has made my workflow so much easier. For one of our projects, the biggest assets are partnerships and contracts with other businesses that we can work with and benefit together. Pipedrive made me migrate from managing contacts in my inbox to having an entire platform that helps me stay on track and keep closing leads.
