Easy to use!
Pipedrive is very user friendly and easy to use. For a small/medium business looking to do basic CRM, this is all you need. It's straightforward, allows you to be organized, and have different ways to visualize all the information. Sometimes uploading leads can be tricky unless you have it in the exactly correct format. I also wish I could bulk mark activities as complete, but other than that, I love pipedrive and recommend it to everyone!

Very intuitive interface
Very intuitive interface. Cloud based so accessible anywhere even on my smart phone. Has all the features the big boys have at a small business price.
