Great CRM Software

What do you like best? I like the simplicity, and the ease of use. What do you dislike? Some confusing options, or options that dont work as described Recommendations to others considering the product Its very useful, totally worth using long tem What business problems are you solving with the product? Couldn't do without it and regular product updates

Great tool I've used for a year now. Not sure how it would scale for larger orgs but works perfectly for myself and my team.Customer support is helpful and offered a free month after a bug caused some issues with email syncing. They dealt with it very well.

Pipedrive is very new to me

Pipedrive is very new to me, but much more user friendly than Salesforce. My previous company did all of their tracking through Salesforce.com which in my opinion is not user friendly and very difficult to properly train salespeople on. Pipedrive is very easy to use and does a good job helping me track progress and delays in my pipeline. Leveraging pipedrive…

Pipedrive is both user friendly and intuitive. The work is in setting up each account and developing a communication strategy. I try to have two scheduled activities enetered at all times. I contact once oer week- so this weeks activity and next weeks is always entered. the entry has the date-and communication channel( call, e mail etc and the message that I am sending by topic,This provides me with an active strategy at all times for each account.
