I love it to be honest
I love it to be honest. It integrates with my company email, it integrates with my company calendar. The app works offline and reminds me of actions and activities. I can build whatever pipelines I want, I can track on percentage, last action, value - you name it!

is a very useful tool
is a very useful tool, since I use PipeDrive my results have multiplied, there is no way to forget an appointment, a call, send and email, PipeDrive is my personal assistant.

Great CRM Software
What do you like best? I like the simplicity, and the ease of use. What do you dislike? Some confusing options, or options that dont work as described Recommendations to others considering the product Its very useful, totally worth using long tem What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of pipeline, keeping track of multile projets with ease. Search bar functionality.

The experience have been so great
The experience have been so great. Support peolple is very awake to give help everytime. I have asked for support like 3 or 4 times and this team have been very good in their performance. I think sometimes is a little bit slow the help (I understand they are so far and time zones are different but I really think is very good. Also the platform is a very good one, we could have used it to manage our customers and it allows us to make many things.

I've used many different CRM programs …
I've used many different CRM programs but Pipedrive is the best...by far. I use the mobile app on a daily basis and I love that my contacts and deals go wherever I go. The simplicity of the program is what I value most about it - I actually enjoy using the program and that's definitely an upgrade from using the other [complicated/overpriced/] programs out there.Get it now. Seriously.
