What do you like best? Most CRMs are designed by people with the least amount of client-facing intel, which is wrong. Pipedrive has been amazing for our contracting business …

Pipedrive is one of the best ways to track your leads, sales, and projects. Its simple to use, has tons of great features, it's customizable, and they are always improving and enhancing the features and integrations with other apps. It hands down gives you the best overview of your pipeline that I've ever seen, and it offers multiple ways to view/edit your data in such a simple intuitive way. I'd highly recommend it!

Comprehensive

Comprehensive, simple and very user-friendly sales CRM with the convenient mobile application. I like the ability to store all my files for every deal and integration of the system with Google mail and Calendar. Pipedrive fully satisfying all my need as a Business Development and Sales Manager.

Effective sales process operationalized in user-friendly software

I recently deployed Pipedrive for a client and the results were excellent. The solution helped operationalize and streamline the sales process in a user-friendly Kanban-style flow. The sales team loves it - they've adopted the solution quickly and prefer it over their previous mishmash of tools (Outlook, Excel, and an older account management solution. Pipedrive also keeps them on task. No more lost leads, missed calls, or poor follow-up. Their on their game!
