In the office and on the road, Pipedrive makes me more productive

The thing I like best about Pipedrive is the ease of scheduling activities. If I schedule a call with Jane Smith on Tuesday, Pipedrive reminds me on Tuesday. It provides me with all my info about Jane and Jane's company.Then if Jane asks me to call back in 90 days, I schedule that call and forget about it, confident that when the time comes, Pipedrive will remind me again. Great tool for sales

Pipedrive is a great tool for managing your sales pipeline in a very efficient way. It can be tailored to suit many needs, with custom fields and it is easy to learn for the sales people with an intuitive and fast layout.We have been using it for over a year now and it has definitely helped us handle our leads to increase sales conversion

Simple and Clean

What do you like best? The UI is really nice and makes using a CRM much easier. What do you dislike? A couple more features would be nice. the one I miss the most is preparing quotes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using CRMs is often quite the headache. Pipedrive makes it look easy.

It was very helpful to keep everyone …

It was very helpful to keep everyone organized. I'd would like to see the ability to have notes up for those who didn't want our services to display in the date column when you look at the whole list. Other than that it was great.
