Good Product for Lightweight Sales Management

Efficient tool for your inbox
What do you like best? I like how it is configured inside your gmail inbox What do you dislike? It doesn't offer much outside of that place. It is PERFECT for small teams with small projects What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When we were a smaller company, this was our go to. Workload Relief through Pipedrive
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The reason why I like Pipedrive so much is that it has incredibly reduced my workload and complications I faced with daily tasks. I am most concerned about closing deals after sales. I don't worry much about calendars and projects so I can safely say that my problems are being dealt with efficiently so far. Pipedrive is very easy to use. Lots of functionalities and lots of updates with new features.The statistics reports are very comprehensive so that you can keep track of developments on a person-to-person basis.Monthly monitoring of turnover.Very good tools for our company.

What do you like best? This is a great way to continually track your cold calls as well as follow up with them. It's quick and easy to use and mobile friendly. I like the ability to enter information quickly into the app while still in the parking lot. What do you dislike? Some shortcuts for entering information would be helpful. Not enough API
What do you like best? Dashboard feature is easy to see where sales stand What do you dislike? Not a lot of integrations. Would be great to see a better integration with gmail and others. If you are Sales Driven then Pipedrive will help you acheive those numbers
What do you like best? The ability to see a snapshot of your ongoing transactions through the dashboard. Every time you complete a task, it asks to feed in the next task for that transaction. This way you are less likely to be distracted from the deal that you in middle of. Mail templates feature is another additional benefit to full email sync in the Gold Version. Good for tracking the pipeline
What do you like best? Straightforward dashboard, easy to use, on the cloud, detailed tracking What do you dislike? I can't think if anything right now..... What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management. Specifically keeping track of every detail of each project, amd everyone beimg able to see it amd be on the same page. Good for customer relationship mgmt too with mailchimp integration.
