Very transparent and easy to use CRM for sales
What do you like best? Deals view gives great visibility about what's going on. Pop-ups for scheduling next activity are super convenient. Recently they've added tracking of email opens and link clicks. Easy to use API, as integration is central to our process. What do you dislike? No email scheduling/delay. What do you like best? The look and feel of Pipedrive is very modern. Easy to use and keep things up to date. What do you dislike? It is very sales-centric. What do you like best? Best CRM on the market. Very user friendly and always keeps me on task. What do you dislike? Want more features and they seem to add them all the time. The Big helper in right time.

Better than nothing
What do you like best? It's easy to use and to import/export lead lists. It has some cool integrations with other tools, like email. What do you dislike? It is hard to customize the sales funnel. Also, it doesn't help prioritization as there are no features to define and highlight the most important leads. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organising my leads and my funnel steps until sales closure.

What do you like best? Good overview of leads and tasks, helps me plan my day accordingly What do you dislike? Might be a very good product but not good enough for me
What do you like best? Best things are ease of usage and rich features. What do you dislike? Pipedrive is didn't proved suitable for me. I need a software that helps me drive my sales, keeping in mind my current project pipelines and resource availability. What business problems are you solving with the product? Clean Cloud-Based Sales Management Tool
What do you like best? I appreciate the simplicity of this solution. It's clean interface and uncluttered design is effective. What do you dislike? Not a true CRM, but a sales solution 101. Pipedrive is great for startups
What do you like best? I like how easy pipe drive is to use and view deals. Signup is quick and pricing is very reasonable for multiple users. What do you dislike? Beautiful, Elegant CRM
What do you like best? Pipedrive is so intuitive and well thought out. It seemed to have just what you need, where you needed it to be. Comprehensive, well-integrated and fairly priced, it provided a great sales tool for smaller organizations. What do you dislike?
