Best CRM I have used
What do you like best? It's the only CRM I've used where I genuinely feel it has been designed with front line sales people in mind, rather than management. Ease to input data, easy to manage and segment tasks, easy to monitor personal performance. Allows me to get on with my job without getting bogged down in admin. What do you dislike? Useful especially for sales team advancement meetings
What do you like best? Simplicity is what makes Pipedrive different from big CRM. It includes few functions, but very user friendly, especially when the tool is used by a team to share activities and compare performance. What do you dislike? Easy Project reacking
What do you like best? The Pipedrive system is easy to use, wash tompopulate, and keeps you on top of the details What do you dislike? Acceasing completed projects is challenging. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multi device access and ease of use make me use the system. I've been better able to track projects and keep active opportunities top of mind.

Changed the way I make sales
What do you like best? I have always loved the kanban concept, where you move things along different stages/phases. It works very well for task management and Pipedrive uses it to manage deals, so it's a great thing. To be able to see the deals in a pipeline (that's where the name Pipedrive comes from makes very easy to know where you need to act to close more deals. Very User-Friendly and Headed in the Right Direction
What do you like best? I love the interface of Pipedrive. It is very clean and easy to use and works like a charm for organising sales processes. Even the psychology of moving deals along the pipe line is so satisfying and motivating for a sales person. I really enjoyed working with the system. What do you like best? I have tried a lot of CRM’s and find Pipedrive to be easy to set up, use and maintain What do you dislike? I have it directly attached to G Suite for my email and calendar. When I archive emails in Gsuite, I wish it would also archive in Pipedrive. I understand this is designed behavior however seems like I touch emails more than I need to. An outstanding experience
What do you like best? The easy-going interface. All information is crystal clear. What do you dislike? The too "stringy" automatic e-mail which is copied when information is shared. (this opportunity e-mail could come on a Cc or even Bcc field instead of main one. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales opportunities flow. It really nails in regards to all sales opportunities bases.

What do you like best? our company used pipedrive when were a small sales team. We loved the ability to share customer data quickly with each other and email clients from the app or web version. What do you dislike? There were a few limitations when on the go with clients - using the mobile app was ok but the greatest in terms of entering data, it made it challenging to update in the moment.
