What do you like best? Being honest I’ve used other ‘enterprise’ platforms and Pipedrive in terms of its simplicity and ease of use is miles above the rest. What do you dislike? Good basic CRM
What do you like best? I like that it's pretty user friendly and it's easy to find specific deals, people, etc. What do you dislike? I don't think it's too robust, compared to Salesforce. It's a good basic CRM if you're just looking to track basic deals. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leads, contacts, opportunities. It's a good tool for my executives to track basic deals.

Not user friendly app
What do you like best? As with all CRMs it’s a great tool to organize prospects & pipeline What do you dislike? The mobile app is outdated and isn’t easy to use What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was trying to find a more organized and time efficient way to organize my pipeline. This didn’t really do it for me

Pipedrive makes it clear.
What do you like best? Pipedrive has made the data so easy to see and find. Other CRM’s make everything difficult. What do you dislike? Pipedrive has great features already and keeps adding more, so there isn’t really anything we dislike yet. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My sales people are actually using the system versus the other program. Better pipeline view.

Very good at a few things
What do you like best? The clean, uncluttered design. It’s very straightforward and requires little time to get used to. I like how it allows me to set my activities and keeps things simple with color coding what’s been done, what needs doing, and what is overdue What do you dislike? Because it is so simple, it really only functions well for the sales part of a client cycle. Once you get to onboarding and implementation, it’s pretty useless. Its a great software for sales team.
What do you like best? Its a great cloud-based sales software.You will stay on top of the sales-pipeline which is great for sales and marketing What do you dislike? This software has limited features you should upgarde the software in trial version. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pipedrive provides a helpful visual reference
What do you like best? Once oriented to the product, it's easy to follow a deal as it progresses; from initial contact, through user created stages, until the deal closes or is determined to be "dead." What do you dislike? Simple, introductory CRM
What do you like best? It was easy to pick up - I didn't have any experience in CRMs and it didn't take me long to figure it out with Pipedrive! If you also want a system that is easily used across multiple users, then this would be the system to use for the price! What do you dislike? User switched from hubspot to pipedrive
What do you like best? Love that they added email integration, and forms to the service What do you dislike? Not much I don't like about it. I think Hubspot does a better job pulling in info about target companies. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly focused on organizing sales prospecting and funnel.

Good for tracking sales, but I prefer spreadsheets
What do you like best? Easy to see where each sales lead is at in the cycle. What do you dislike? Not as intuitive as it could be. Needs easier ways to categorize and custom filter clients. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves the problem of each sales team member knowing what is going. It allows the sales manager to see the progress of each sales team member's leads.
