Easy to use CRM - Simple yet extremely powerful

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of this CRM. I switched over from podio with was really confusing. I like the web-hook integrations with zapier, and the kixie phone integration. What do you dislike? The difficulty in separating and limiting access to certain data is frustrating. I finally seem to have a grip on it though. What do you like best? When I log in I get a visual of my sales funnel which is great. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. Price point is also good for small to midsized companies. Tracking leads through Pipedrive.

What do you like best? Pipedrive is very easy to use and I can customize it to meet my specific needs. I also love the fact that I can link my email conversations with my clients in the same place that i keep notes on phone conversations. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike. I did have a problem when we moved a prospects list from one salesman to another.
